I have spent over two decades as a carpenter and construction manager, deeply engaging with the challenges and intricacies of the building industry. My journey began with a three-year apprenticeship in carpentry, where I honed my skills and developed a profound respect for this incredible trade. This foundation led me to supervise larger-scale projects, where I was responsible for overseeing all aspects, including carpentry team management.
Driven by a passion for quality work and a desire to make a difference, I founded my first business, S Moss Carpentry. This venture paved the way for my current role as Managing Director of Silvarow Construction, where I leverage my extensive knowledge to provide top-notch project management services.

In 2023/24, I had to finish jobs for seven different clients who were fighting with their original builders. The money lost because of out-of-control projects is just crazy, and it has to end. Business owners and clients should expect more, and that’s why I started Moss Reliance.
